Job Title: Modernization Product Manager (Salesforce)

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite, 3 days mandatory first 90 days)
Duration: Long-term project 1 3 years

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with Salesforce implementation experience to lead a modernization initiative focused on deploying and managing a Salesforce platform. The candidate will coordinate between business stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators to ensure successful product delivery aligned with business goals.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of Software Product Management experience

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementation / administration / configuration

• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle

• Strong experience in Agile & Waterfall methodologies

• Expertise in backlog management, user stories, UAT, and roadmap planning

• Experience working with vendors / system integrators (SI)

• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred:

• Government / Public sector experience

• Experience in digital transformation or modernization initiatives
