Hansen Talent Group is hiring a System Testing Analyst II to support enterprise application testing initiatives.

This role will lead testing efforts across web and mobile platforms while coordinating closely with development teams, stakeholders, and clients and help ensure applications are delivered with strong quality standards and aligned testing strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in project design phases to ensure applications are developed using effective testing methodologies.

• Develop test plans, test matrices, and testing strategies for web portals and mobile applications.

• Coordinate testing activities between clients, QA teams, and development staff.

• Track and report quality assurance metrics, defects, and testing progress.

• Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution processes.

• Create and execute test cases while reviewing test data and documenting results.

• Provide leadership and mentoring to QA team members.

• Support customer testing sessions and provide testing status updates to stakeholders.

• Recommend improvements to testing processes and overall quality assurance practices.

What You’ll Need

• Experience including test planning and test matrix development.

• Experience testing web portals, mobile applications, and web-based systems.

• Strong experience with defect management and QA reporting.

• Experience coordinating testing efforts with cross-functional teams and clients.

• Strong project organization, communication, and documentation skills.

• Understanding of systems migration processes and application dependencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
