Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Anaplan BI Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise planning and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Anaplan model building and administration, along with experience using Python and PySpark for data integration and analytics.

This role requires close collaboration with business and technology teams to deliver scalable planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models supporting enterprise planning and financial processes.
• Administer Anaplan environments, including model optimization, user access management, and lifecycle management.
• Build and maintain integrations between Anaplan and enterprise data sources.
• Utilize Python and PySpark to perform data transformation, automation, and analytics.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable planning solutions.
• Optimize model performance and ensure data accuracy across planning applications.
• Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Follow best practices for development, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Anaplan Model Building.
• Experience administering Anaplan environments.
• Expertise in Enterprise Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with PySpark for data processing.
• Knowledge of SQL and data integration techniques.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms and enterprise BI solutions.
• Experience integrating Anaplan with ERP or enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise planning and analytics solutions using Anaplan.
