Qualifications

5+ years of experience in process engineering, business process management (BPM), or operations optimization within a large-scale or cloud infrastructure environment.
Proven experience establishing, refining, or maintaining process governance within an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO).
Strong expertise in process mapping and modeling methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) and proficiency with process documentation tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, Confluence).
Demonstrated capability to analyze complex technical workflows and implement measurable efficiency improvements across distributed teams.
Exceptional communication, facilitating, and stakeholder management skills with a history of driving change across multi-disciplinary teams.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Lean, CBPP, PMP) are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred), Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
