Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EDI Support Consultant to provide production support, troubleshooting, and implementation for Oracle EDI integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (11iR12), EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, IDOC), and IBM Sterling Integrator (SIB2B Integrator). You will work closely with internal teams and trading partners to ensure seamless EDI operations and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide production support for Oracle EDI processes and integrations.
Analyze and resolve OracleSI support requests through root cause analysis.
Monitor EDI servers, error queues, and notifications to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Configure and maintain EDI trading partners, maps, and business processes.
Troubleshoot complex Oracle EDI and IBM Sterling Integrator issues.
Support Oracle E-Business Suite modules including Order Management, Purchasing, SCM, RLM, and eCommerce Gateway.
Manage EDI implementations for new and existing trading partners.
Maintain EDI documentation, support procedures, and system integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and continuous improvements.
Participate in issue reviews, reporting, and customer support activities.
Required Skills
6 10+ years of Oracle EDI support experience.
Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 11i (11.5.10.2) and R12 (12.1.3).
Hands-on knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and IDOC standards.
Experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (SIB2B Integrator) and business process troubleshooting.
Expertise in EDI transactions including 850, 855, 856, 810, 830, 862, ORDERS, ORDRSP, INVOIC, DELFOR, DELJIT, and DESADV.
Strong understanding of Oracle Order Management, Purchasing, SCM, RLM, and eCommerce Gateway.
Experience with EDI mapping, trading partner setup, and production support.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
