Required Qualifications- 3+ years of Epic experience, preferably with Unified Communications and QGenda
- Epic certification required
- Experience supporting Epic in a large health system environment
- Strong understanding of application build, testing, and support
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience

What You'll DoAs a Senior Epic Application Analyst, you'll serve as the go-to expert for application design, build, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead design, configuration, and build of Epic Unified Communications and QGenda
- Partner with department stakeholders to assess current workflows and design improved future-state processes
- Translate operational and revenue workflows into effective system solutions
- Serve as the primary analyst for your application area, from design through go-live and beyond
- Create and maintain system documentation, standards, and procedures
- Troubleshoot issues, coordinate system enhancements, and manage change requests
- Test new builds and Epic releases prior to production deployment
- Support go-live events, downtime planning, and production readiness
- Collaborate with trainers on role-based education and assist with end-user training
- Participate in project meetings, provide demos, and deliver regular status updates

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
