Seeking a Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Workday HCM Human Capital Management to lead requirement gathering solution design configuration testing and stakeholder engagement for HR transformation and workforce management initiatives.

responsibilities:
- Act as the primary Functional Consultant for Workday HCM implementations and enhancements
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and perform fitgap analysis with HR and business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into Workday HR solutions and functional designs
- Configure and support Workday HCM modules and business processes
- Collaborate with HR Talent Management Payroll Benefits and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Support data migration testing SITUAT defect resolution and production deployment activities
- Prepare functional specifications process documentation and user training materials
- Provide postgolive support and drive continuous process improvements
- Ensure compliance with HR policies security and regulatory requirements
