Job Title: Project Manager 3 (Non-IT)
Location: Portland, OR
Client: American federal agency
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Pay Rate: $74/hr on w2
Number of Days Onsite: 5 days per Week
REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Corresponding Experience (required on matrix):
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
o 10 years of direct work experience is required with a bachelor’s degree.
o 14 years of direct work experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
· Experience must include direct work experience in project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution, including strong familiarity with project management software
Required Technical Skills & Experience (required on matrix):
· 10 years of demonstrated project management experience, to include:
o Fundamental operation, function, and workflow of a project management system regarding timelines, dependencies, deliverables, milestones, and resources.
o Use of industry standard methods and tools for managing schedules, dependencies, resources, funding, and development of technical specifications and project plans.
o Coordinating or running multiple projects simultaneously.
o Working knowledge of System Life Cycle (SLC) principles.
· Demonstrated experience with Visio flowcharts.
· Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management software.
