Job Title Outsystems Application Support Resourc | 100% Remote Role

Overview

• Hypercare support will initially be handled by a single dedicated resource.
• The broader team consists of 5 members and is considered stable.
• The application launched approximately 4 months ago.
• Support volume is expected to increase as adoption and usage grow.

• Quickly learn the application, business workflow, and OutSystems environment.
• Become the subject matter expert (SME) for the application over time.
• Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects.
• Monitor and remediate issues identified through security reviews.
• Maintain application documentation and support processes.
• Take ownership of ongoing application health and stability.
• Act as the primary internal champion for the platform.
• Implement enhancements, new features, and application upgrades as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ongoing support and maintenance needs are met.

• Strong hands-on OutSystems experience.
• Proven application support and production issue resolution experience.
• Development background with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Experience managing defects through resolution.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with application security standards and remediation processes.
• SQL knowledge and database troubleshooting experience.
• Experience supporting workflow-based applications in a production environment.
