Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce platform development to support ongoing RCA and CPQ initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Salesforce applications while delivering scalable and high-quality solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
• Support and enhance Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, approvals, and contract management.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions to support RCA and CPQ business initiatives.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and platform events.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processing.
• Create and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and deployment activities following Salesforce best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce security, governance, and development best practices.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting and developing Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick CPQ) solutions.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Platform customization and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Flows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
