Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the successful delivery of business initiatives.

This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience translating business needs into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Conduct meetings, workshops, and interviews to understand project objectives and business needs.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate delivered solutions.

Prepare business process documentation, reports, and presentations.

Ensure project deliverables align with business goals and timelines.

Assist in tracking project progress and resolving requirement-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or business transformation projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with requirement gathering and documentation.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with cross-functional and offshore/onshore teams.

Knowledge of process mapping and workflow analysis.

Previous experience in contract-based project environments.

Immediate joiners preferred.
