Summary

Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician for a 3-month contract in Atkinson, WI 53538.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.

Contract Duration: 3 months

Required Skills & Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in field services dispatch requiring travel and hands-on experience with laptop, desktop, and printer repair.
  • Fuji, Lenovo, Lexmark, etc. certifications and experience.
  • Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs, and HP, Dell, and Lenovo.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record required (This is a driving position - reimbursed accordingly)
  • Active driver's license.
  • CompTIA A+
  • Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software.
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, kiosks, and POS systems.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
  • Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
  • Provide clear technical support to customers onsite and by phone.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and meet quality and compliance standards.
