Summary

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus 1 year of relevant work experience; or Master's degree

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required

Responsibilities for this Position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, simulate, and verify FPGA designs using industry-standard HDL languages/Verilog/VHDL
  • Collaborate with systems, hardware, and software engineers to define and implement FPGA architectures
  • Support integration, test, and debug of FPGA designs in a lab environment
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical documentation
  • Support proposal efforts and new business activities

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience (coursework, internship, or co-op) working with or supporting Electronic Warfare (EW) programs is a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Working knowledge of FPGA engineering concepts, principles, and theories
  • Familiarity with principles and techniques of FPGA design
  • Exposure to FPGA design tools (e.g., Vivado, Quartus)
  • Keeps abreast of technology trends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and multi-task
  • Works under direct supervision
  • Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation

Combined Salary Range

USD $103,461.00 - USD $114,778.00 /Yr.
