Role Overview

  • Program Manager & Technical Writer within Enterprise Architecture
  • Combines program management rigor with executive-level storytelling
  • Translates complex enterprise architecture, technology strategy, and operating models into clear, compelling narratives
  • Drives alignment, decision-making, and momentum across senior leadership and partner teams

Key Responsibilities

• Executive Storytelling & Content Creation

  • Develop high-quality executive presentations (decks, narratives, read-aheads)
  • Translate complex technical architecture and strategy into clear, persuasive stories
  • Shape messaging with strong point of view, narrative flow, and outcome orientation
  • Ensure content is crisp, concise, and decision-ready
  • Maintain strong branding, visual consistency, and formatting standards

• Architecture Translation & Narrative Development

  • Partner with architecture, technology, and product leaders
  • Convert technical concepts into business-relevant stories for non-technical stakeholders
  • Structure ambiguous inputs into clear narratives, frameworks, and roadmaps
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across initiatives and leadership communications

• Program & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Manage strategic initiatives including roadmap development, milestone tracking, and dependency management
  • Act as a connector and integrator across teams through influence and communication
  • Anticipate risks, misalignment, and proactively address through structured updates
