ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking an execution focused IT Project Manager to lead application development initiatives and support ERP related workstreams within a multi year enterprise program through 2027. This role is critical to maintaining momentum across development efforts, ensuring timelines are met, and keeping cross functional teams aligned.

The IT Project Manager drives day to day delivery, manages dependencies and risks, and acts as a constant force for progress across technical and business teams. This position plays a key role in translating plans into execution and keeping complex initiatives moving forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive day to day execution of application development and IT project workstreams
• Build and maintain detailed project plans including milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Coordinate across development teams, IT leaders, and business stakeholders
• Identify blockers early and push for timely resolution with a strong sense of urgency
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and follow ups to sustain momentum
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non technical audiences
• Support ERP related transformation initiatives where applicable
• Provide consistent status reporting, issue tracking, and updates to leadership

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 5 to 7 plus years of experience managing IT projects with a focus on application development
• Proven ability to drive execution and hold teams accountable to timelines
• Strong project planning, organization, and prioritization skills
• Experience working with cross functional IT and business teams
• Solid understanding of the application development lifecycle and core IT concepts
• Exposure to ERP platforms such as Oracle is preferred
• Experience with MDM or data related initiatives is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge stakeholders when needed
