Role Name:  Appian Lead Developer
Work site: Charlotte, US (Onsite)

 

8+  years of experience in working as a BPM  technical lead  with Appian project experience in Lead role.
Experience/Expertise:
1. More than 6 years in-depth hands-on application development and design experience in Appian latest versions with mandatory Appian Level 1 and Level 2 Certification (A-Score Level 3 is good to have)
2.  Successful completion experience of minimum 2 Appian Projects as a BPM Architect is mandatory.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in Appian Design Architecture, developing process-based solutions and Appian best practices.
4. Well versed with SDLC, Agile, CI&CD methodologies.
5. Strong knowledge of various Appian concepts like Security, Authentication, SAIL, Integration, Workflows, Case management, Plugins, Deployments, Health check,  Mobile applications etc.
6. Ability to successfully run end-to-end delivery of Appian based solutions/projects from a technical perspective and should act as a Technical Design Authority.
7. Identify and quantify scope and impact of Business requirements
8. Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies/products/trends related to BPM architectural solutions like Appian RPA, AI.
9. Ability to execute development of Re-usable Assets, Code Reviews and IT Governance for Appian Practice.
10. Provide thought-leadership to client across business and technical project dimensions solving complex business requirements.
11. Good written and oral communication skills.
12. Experience with client facing role at onsite/offshore
