Sr Product Operations Analyst (Marketo/Salesforce)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is working with a client in search of a Senior Product Operations Data Analyst (Marketo/Salesforce) to join their team in Boston, MA. This position is full-time, direct hire and on-site.

Responsibilities:
* Data Management & Integration: Build and maintain data pipelines connecting marketing systems (Marketo, Salesforce, web analytics) to centralized environments; Ensure data is structured, validated, and analytics-ready
* Data Analysis & Modeling: Use SQL (and optionally Python/R) to query and transform large datasets; Develop marketing metrics, attribution models, and forecasting tools to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness
* Collaboration & Enablement: Partner with marketing and technical teams to translate business needs into data solutions; Enable reporting automation and provide insights that drive strategic decisions

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience with Marketo and Salesforce
* Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics
* Proficiency in SQL; Familiarity with Python or R is a plus
* Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex data concepts clearly

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
