Job Description:
The Iowa Department of Management (DOM) is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Technical Specialist (ITS) with expertise in AWS, AWS VDI, and FileCloud administration. This role will manage cloud infrastructure, support VDI environments, and provide FileCloud administration and user support.

Responsibilities:
• Manage AWS infrastructure for business applications
• Administer AWS VDI environments
• FileCloud administration (Linux/MongoDB)
• Monitor cloud systems, security, and compliance
• Troubleshoot complex distributed environments
• Handle patching, upgrades, and on-call support

Required Skills:
• 5+ years of AWS infrastructure experience
• 5+ years of AWS VDI experience
• 5+ years of FileCloud administration
• Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, CLI
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Additional Skills:
• Distributed systems architecture
• Cloud migration & performance tuning
• Networking, storage, and security knowledge
