Strong techno-functional Teamcenter PLM experience
Engineering change management and PLM process expertise
Proven requirements gathering and validation experience
Ability to ramp quickly in fast-paced transformation environments

Primary Skills
* Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, or Software development
* 8 years of experience in developing and implementing business processes and/or software solutions; Emphasis on business/functional requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, coordinating with development team, and user-acceptance
* 5 years of Teamcenter PLM experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
* Possess an effective, results-oriented collaborative approach
* Demonstrated effectiveness in leading and managing cross-functional teams without direct-line authority
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to solve complex problems with cross-functional orgs and potentially conflicting business needs
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior Engineering Change Management/PLM work experience
* Knowledge of product/BOM structures, configuration management, change control/PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred), engineering, problem reporting and manufacturing business processes
