Data Platform Program Manager
We are looking for a Principal Engineering Program Manager to lead complex, multi-org data and platform programs within the Client's Unified Platform team. This role requires deep expertise of the data lifecycle, data platforms, and ETL/ELT ecosystems and strong critical thinking, and the ability to drive alignment, influence decisions, and deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10–15+ years of program management experience in cloud/data platforms or related domains
• Deep understanding of end-to-end data lifecycle, including data platforms with strong expertise in ETL/ELT systems, coordinating data management, accuracy, and traceability
• Possess working knowledge of metrics, targets, data modeling, and data governance, quality, and lineage.
• Define success metrics (north star and supporting benchmarks) and align teams on hard-working goals.
• Proven ability to define and drive outcome-based programs with measurable impact
• Advanced experience with Agile methodologies and large-scale program execution
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and program reporting tools
• Strong familiarity with AI/ML concepts and AI-powered efficiency tools
• Outstanding collaborator management and executive communication skills
• Strong analytical, evaluative, and decision-making capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across org layer
