Position Specific Description

Lead the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise OT Cybersecurity Program spanning strategy, roadmap development, implementation, and resilience. Collaborate across engineering, operations, IT, and third-party partners to embed scalable security standards into both new and existing assets, while leading a high-performing team, managing budgets and vendor relationships, and continuously adapting priorities in response to evolving threats and regulatory change.
  • Lead delivery of an enterprise Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Program supporting critical infrastructure, with a focus on safety, reliability, resilience, and risk reduction
  • Own end to end execution of OT cybersecurity initiatives-from strategy and roadmap development through implementation and steady state operations
  • Drive a risk based OT security roadmap aligned to regulatory expectations, industry best practices, and the unique operational requirements of industrial and energy environments
  • Partner closely with engineering, operations, IT, and cybersecurity teams to embed security into new site builds and modernize cybersecurity capabilities across existing assets
  • Translate cybersecurity strategy into practical standards, architectures, and deployment plans that are defensible, auditable, and scalable across diverse OT environments
  • Lead and develop a high performing OT cybersecurity team, providing clear direction, prioritization, and accountability while fostering strong cross functional collaboration
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships, ensuring investments deliver measurable risk reduction and align with business priorities
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple initiatives and third party partners, balancing cybersecurity objectives with operational continuity and delivery timelines
  • Continuously adapt program scope and priorities in response to evolving threats, regulatory changes, and technology advancements

Job Overview

This position establishes strategy, develops business plans, and oversees and manages the design, development and implementation of technology solutions to meet business needs. Leaders in this role provide leadership and oversight to manage performance and results in one or more Information Technology (IT) disciplines. Individuals will be accountable for the reliability, performance, security, and continuity of IT systems and supported business processes.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership, influence, vision, and direction to the organization to contribute to achieving the company's goals
  • Works with IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in alignment with business strategy
  • Oversees value stream by focusing on cost and risks of technology portfolio to meet business needs
  • Supports and fosters innovative technologies to deliver new ideas that enable business transformation
  • Ensures high levels of ongoing system and application performance in production environments
  • Oversees development of processes and tools to automate code releases from development to operations (DevOps)
  • Attracts, develops and retains a high-performing and diverse team
  • Establishes and drives technology roadmaps that align with current and future business needs
  • Manages third party technical and outsourcing relationships to deliver project and operational support objectives
  • Ensures technology processes are conducted in line with applicable standards and company policies
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 8+ years
  • Supervisor/Management Experience: 2+ years
