Location will be at - 5805 North Lamar Austin, TX. 78752 – Hybrid

Summary

Seeking an experienced DB2 Database Administrator (Level 3) to support enterprise database environments. This role involves managing DB2 databases, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Administer, maintain, and support DB2 database environments

· Handle database performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization

· Manage DB2 licensing and Passport Advantage

· Support database operations on AIX/UNIX/Linux platforms

· Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation and maintenance

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for database-related initiatives

Required Qualifications

· 8+ years of experience with DB2 databases

· 8+ years of experience with DB2 licensing / Passport Advantage

· 2+ years of experience with AIX/UNIX/Linux platforms

· 2+ years of experience in shell scripting

Preferred Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience with DB2 on AIX

Additional Details

· Hybrid role based in Austin, TX
