Description
We are seeking two experienced Epic Willow Inpatient Pharmacists (PharmD) for our client. These roles will provide critical support for ongoing pharmacy operations and Epic Willow Inpatient workflows. Ideal candidates will be open to contract-to-hire, but we will also consider contract-only if conversion is not feasible.
Support existing Epic Willow Inpatient workflows and configurations.
Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to maintain and enhance pharmacy system functionality.
Assist with medication build, formulary updates, and order set maintenance.
Provide subject matter expertise for pharmacy-related Epic modules.
Participate in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of Epic Willow Inpatient features.
Contribute to three Community Connect projects scheduled for this year.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
These positions do not involve a specific project but require ongoing support for existing workstreams.
Successful candidates may have the opportunity to convert to full-time employment at competitive salary rates

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
Experience: Prior experience with Epic Willow Inpatient strongly preferred.
Licensure: No state restrictions for initial engagement; however, candidates must be willing to obtain an Indiana Pharmacist License if converting to full-time employment.
Strong understanding of inpatient pharmacy workflows and medication safety standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $90.00/hr.
