Location: Wilmington, DE and Jersey City, NJ – 3 Days onsite Role

Duration: Open for Both full time and Contract

Job Description:

10+ years hands-on with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1): Rules/Feeders ,Financial Planning and Analysis.
Strong understanding of banking/financial-services finance processes:
Predictive analytics in IBM TM1 limits advanced forecasting and automation for Financial Planning and Analysis
Improve version control and CI/CD , optimize operational risk and governance challenges
Handle modern data platforms and sustainable real-time capabilities
Budgeting & forecasting (Revenue/NII, NIM, OPEX, HC),
Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) & profitability allocation,
Balance sheet & liquidity planning, ALM concepts,
CECL/Provision drivers, RWA/capital planning basics (Basel/ICAAP), stress testing concepts (e.g., CCAR).
Solid SQL skills and experience with relational schemas and performance tuning.
Experience integrating with ERP/GL (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft), data warehouses/lakes,
Strong problem solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication
