Job Overview
Seeking an Expert-level Coupa SME / Techno-Functional Analyst to support and optimize the Coupa Source-to-Pay (P2P) platform. The candidate will work with business stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and performance teams to improve processes, configure solutions, and support integrations.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day Coupa administration and production support.
* Design and configure workflows, forms, approval groups, catalogs, custom fields, SIM forms, and Sourcing functionality.
* Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding from initial supplier request through completion.
* Support Coupa Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, SIM, Procurement, and Analytics.
* Design forms and integrations based on business requirements.
* Develop Coupa Analytics dashboards and reports.
* Support punchout catalogs, cXML integrations, APIs, and third-party integrations.
* Perform testing, UAT, regression testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
* Work with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
* Support Coupa upgrades and review new product releases.
* Provide training, documentation, and SME guidance to business users.
Required Experience
* 5+ years of P2P business process/system experience.
* 4+ years hands-on Coupa administration and support.
* 3+ years Coupa SIM experience.
* 3+ years Coupa Sourcing and CLMA experience.
* Strong techno-functional and stakeholder management skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
