Executive Assistant I

Location: New York, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (4+ days onsite per week)

Duration: 12-Month Contract
Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior engineering leadership across multiple business platforms. This role requires exceptional calendar management, meeting coordination, event planning, and administrative support skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex executive calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and leadership activities.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks while managing competing priorities.
  • Partner effectively with business management, finance, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Assist with communications initiatives, newsletters, and leadership engagement activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong calendar management and complex scheduling experience.
  • Experience coordinating interviews and supporting recruiting activities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Interest in supporting leadership communications and strategic initiatives.
  • Experience contributing to newsletters, executive communications, or employee engagement programs.
