About the Role

We are seeking a Senior SDET to join the agile Software Development Team in Tucson, AZ.

This role goes beyond traditional QA. The selected candidate will play a critical role in:

• Designing and building scalable test automation frameworks
• Defining and executing comprehensive test strategies
• Automating functional and non-functional test cases
• Leading automation best practices within an agile environment

This is a hands-on senior-level automation engineer position with leadership and mentoring responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks from scratch
• Develop automated test scripts using Selenium/Appium/Cypress
• Implement testing strategies across:
• Functional & Non-Functional Testing
• Regression
• Integration
• System Testing
• Acceptance Testing
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Use AI-powered tools for test planning, execution, and reporting
• Mentor junior QA/Automation engineers
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams

Required Skills & Experience

Core Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience in Software Development & Testing
• 5+ years strong experience in Test Automation Framework design
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Selenium / Appium / Cypress
• JUnit / TestNG
• Programming expertise in:
• Java OR Python OR C#
• CI/CD experience:
• Jenkins / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps
• Test Management tools:
• Jira / HP ALM
• Experience using AI tools in test automation
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Proven mentoring experience
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
