? About the Role As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and modifying a wide range of plant machinery and systems. You'll work with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components to keep production moving safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and tackling complex mechanical challenges.
Key Responsibilities - Maintain, repair, and modify industrial machinery and systems
- Troubleshoot issues using blueprints, manuals, and work orders
- Perform fabrication work and welding as needed
- Work with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Follow all plant safety rules, complete required safety training, and report issues promptly
- Organize tools and parts effectively to support workflow
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Complete assigned tasks independently while meeting quality and timing expectations
Requirements - High School Diploma (required)
- Three years of mechanical maintenance experience in a continuous-process or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and troubleshooting methods
- Proven ability to work safely with minimal supervision
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
