Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, regulatory domains (finance, healthcare, or compliance-heavy industries), and SDLC artifacts. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions, ensuring seamless requirements gathering, process optimization, and system implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects while demonstrating strong soft skills and application-specific expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements for O2C workflows including order management, invoicing, collections, and cash application.

• Optimize end-to-end O2C processes for efficiency and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA) via requirement mapping and gap analyses.

• Create and maintain SDLC artifacts: BRDs, FRDs, use cases, process flows, RTM, and user stories using Jira, Confluence, Visio.

• Elicit requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and prototyping; translate into technical specifications for development teams.

• Perform data analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments for system integrations (ERP like SAP/Oracle, CRM systems).

• Support UAT, defect triage, and deployment validation in agile/waterfall environments.

• Drive process improvements leveraging application-specific knowledge and recommend automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Exposure:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, IT, or related field.

• 3+ years in O2C processes including quote-to-cash cycles and AR/AP reconciliation.

• Proven experience in regulatory domains with knowledge of compliance frameworks and audit trails.

• Expertise in SDLC artifacts across full lifecycle (requirements to deployment).

• Application-specific exposure: ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS), CRM (Salesforce), BPM tools (Pega, Appian), reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).

• Tools proficiency: SQL, BPMN, MS Office Suite, Jira, Azure DevOps.
