Overview
We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Junior to Mid-Level Staffing Business Development / Account Manager to manage and grow existing client accounts while ensuring high-quality delivery of staffing services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, owning accounts, and working closely with recruiting teams to deliver top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned staffing client accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, HR, and procurement teams
Understand client workforce needs and translate requirements to recruiting teams
Manage job requisitions, candidate submissions, interviews, and placements
Partner with recruiters to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates
Monitor consultant performance, client satisfaction, and assignment extensions
Identify opportunities for account expansion, new roles, and additional services
Support contract renewals, rate negotiations, and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with client, contractual, and company policies
Track account activity and performance using CRM and ATS tools

What We re Looking For

Experience in IT or professional staffing (account management or business development)
Strong client-facing, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
Results-driven mindset with a focus on account growth and delivery
