Role: Workday HCM Consultant
Location: Columbus, OH (100% On-site)
Compensation: $50.00/hr (W2)
Duration: 6 Months
### Position Overview
We are seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to manage the enhancement and implementation of new integrations and complex configurations. This role requires a blend of functional expertise (Payroll, Absence, Recruiting) and technical proficiency (Workday Studio, EIBs) to support system stability, tenant migrations, and semi-annual release testing.
### Key Responsibilities
* Integration Management: Maintain and enhance Workday integrations using Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Studio, and APIs.
* Complex Configuration: Manage configurations across HCM, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Finance.
* Business Process (BP) Design: Design and optimize Workday BPs aligned with organizational "As-Is" and "To-Be" requirements.
* Reporting & Analytics: Support custom reports, dashboards, and Prism data models.
* Security & Stability: Troubleshoot security models (domain permissions/role-based assignments) and monitor tenant performance.
* Release Management: Perform functional and regression testing for bi-annual Workday updates.
### Required Qualifications
* Technical Tools: Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
* Functional Breadth: Deep knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, and Time Tracking modules.
* Tenant Management: Experience with migrations between different Workday Tenants.
* Problem Solving: Proven ability to perform deep root-cause analysis for recurring technical defects.
* Reporting: Proficiency in Custom Reports and Prism.
