Role Overview:

As a Field Service Engineer III, you will lead the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of advanced diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites across Minnesota. You will oversee complex installations, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot advanced technical issues, and provide guidance to junior engineers. This role requires regular travel to customer sites and a strong focus on delivering outstanding service.

Key Requirements:
Minimum four years of experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment
Associate degree or technical certificate in Electronics or equivalent technical training
Proven experience installing and servicing at least two imaging modalities, with one being CT or MRI
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently
Experience performing installations, calibrations, and preventive maintenance to OEM standards
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to mentor and support junior Field Service Engineers
