Summary
EUC Support Engineer
We are looking for a dedicated EUC Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical assistance to end users. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, and IT infrastructure issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high level of user satisfaction.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, and workstations.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows / macOS operating systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Microsoft Active Directory.
- Support email and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
- Perform hardware upgrades (RAM, SSD), device imaging, and OS deployment.
- Support VPN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi).
- Handle ticket management using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Coordinate with network/server teams for escalations.
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide support for meeting room / conference room setups.
🛠 Technical Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS environments.
- Experience with desktop imaging and deployment tools.
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with remote support tools.
- Knowledge of antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
- Basic understanding of cloud-based environments (Azure AD preferred).
🎓 Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in EUC / Desktop Support role.
- Certifications preferred: CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications (MCP/MD-100/MD-101).
