As a senior member of the Digital Identity Services (DIS) team, you will play a key role in delivering a best class Customer Security Experience for Client and commercial customers. In this Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) role, you will focus on designing, engineering, and implementing advanced security and identity solutions that strengthen our digital ecosystem. Your expertise will help define and drive standardized design patterns for threat detection and prevention, in close partnership with Fraud, Risk, and Cybersecurity teams. At times, you will also participate in escalations related to customer or application issues impacting identity and security integrations.
Key responsibilities include evaluating existing customer application threat detection capabilities, identifying gaps, and recommending or implementing solutions to mitigate risk. You will analyze data from multiple sources to enhance detection of threat indicators and will drive threat policy configurations to support adaptive risk analysis, orchestration workflows, and multi factor authentication. In addition, you will assess emerging identity technologies to determine how they align with business needs, integrate with current solutions, or extend our capabilities. The role also includes providing Level 4 operational support for the Citizens Digital Identity Services Platform, ensuring high service quality without compromising the organization security posture.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GLBA, SOX, and PCI, along with ITIL or service management practices, is preferred. Candidates should also demonstrate exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage complex and simultaneous activities, and comfort working in Agile environments.
