Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced TIBCO Architect to lead enterprise integration modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, supporting, and migrating 2,000+ enterprise interfaces, along with expertise in containerization, cloud-native integration platforms, and large-scale TIBCO migrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect and lead migration of TIBCO integrations to modern cloud/container-based platforms.
Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions across large interface landscapes (2,000+ interfaces).
Modernize legacy integration architectures using container technologies and microservices.
Implement and manage TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5/BW6), EMS, and API-led integration solutions.
Work closely with application, infrastructure, and business teams to define integration strategy and roadmap.
Provide architecture governance, performance optimization, and production support guidance.
Required Skills:
10+ years of integration architecture experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5/BW6), EMS, and TIBCO Administration.
Proven experience leading large-scale migration programs involving 2,000+ interfaces.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and container-based deployments.
Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, REST/SOA architectures, and messaging frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Experience migrating from TIBCO to cloud-native integration platforms.
Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience in regulated enterprise environments.
