Job Title: Lead Java (Full Stack) with AI Experience

Location: Plano, TX 75024 (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Experience: 8 10 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technology Lead Java Full Stack with exposure to AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, design scalable applications, and contribute to modern, intelligent systems leveraging Java-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications and services
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices
Participate in requirement analysis and technical design discussions
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI, QA, and DevOps
Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
Ensure adherence to secure coding standards and application security best practices
Contribute to AI-enabled features such as intelligent automation, data-driven insights, or ML integrations (preferred)

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Java / J2EE
Experience with UI technologies (Angular/React/Vue any)
Expertise in building RESTful Web Services
Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles
Experience with microservices architecture

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Strong SQL and database querying skills
Exposure to QA practices and automated testing frameworks
Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, etc.)
Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, NLP, recommendation systems)
