About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Workday Extend Consultant to join a high-impact HR Technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Workday professional who enjoys partnering with business stakeholders, solving complex HR challenges, and building innovative solutions using Workday Extend.

In this role, you''ll work directly with HR leaders and business partners to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions while leading the design and development of custom Workday Extend applications.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend (required).
• Experience developing custom applications within the Workday platform.
• Deep understanding of Workday HCM and HR business processes.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Experience working directly with HR business partners and leadership.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead solution discussions.
