Job Title: COBOL Mainframe Programmer
Location: Milwaukee, WI

Seeking a senior COBOL Mainframe Developer with 8–10 years of experience in DB2/CICS/MVS/Cobol/JCL environments.
Key Requirements
Advanced structured analysis & design (online and batch mainframe systems)
Extensive DB2 database experience (SPUFI, SQL)
Application development & post-production support in CICS/DB2/COBOL/JCL
Experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, WebAPI/REST, Angular)
Experience with TANF or large Health & Human Services systems preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in related field required
