Role Overview
We are seeking 2 Senior Automation Engineers with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 and Agentic Process Automation (APA). Candidates must have healthcare domain experience and preferably prior experience with CVS or similar environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360
- Work across full automation lifecycle: analysis, design, build, test, deploy, and hypercare
- Build agentic automation workflows (human-in-loop, decision-based automation)
- Integrate Python scripts and APIs into automation workflows
- Manage Control Room, bot runners, queues, credential vaults, and lifecycle
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirements and solutioning
- Lead UAT, production deployment, and post-production support
- Ensure performance, scalability, and governance of automation solutions
Required Skills
- 8+ years IT experience
- 5+ years RPA development experience
- 5+ years hands-on Automation Anywhere A360
- Strong experience in:
- Control Room, bot lifecycle, queues, AARI
- Agentic automation / APA concepts
- Python (API integration, scripting, automation)
- XML, XSD, APIs
- Strong experience in solution design and architecture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Skills
- Automation Anywhere certifications (A360 Advanced/Master)
- Experience with IQ Bot, Meta Bot, Task Bot
- Exposure to GenAI / LLM integrations in automation
- CI/CD pipelines for automation
- Power BI / data visualization
- Healthcare domain (Mandatory)
- Experience with:
- PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management)
