Required Skills
- 8+ years in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, or related roles.
- Strong experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, CloudWatch).
- Experience with Salesforce, SQL/NoSQL databases, Cisco networking (Routing, Switching, VLANs), and Datadog (or similar monitoring tools).
- Scripting with Python/Bash and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform/CloudFormation preferred).
- Proven experience leading major incident response, RCA, war rooms, and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to provide after-hours support during critical incidents.
- Lead high-severity incident management, root cause analysis, and technical war rooms.
- Troubleshoot AWS cloud, Salesforce, databases, networking, and infrastructure issues.
- Design and support scalable, secure AWS infrastructure.
- Monitor system health, improve incident response processes, and ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and mentor junior engineers
