- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to write compelling strategic communications and present effectively to internal and external audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Proficiency in design thinking and prototyping tools is a plus.
- Forward-thinking mindset with a bias toward action, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Familiarity with client and/or property listings platforms is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 6+ years
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, plus a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 rounds of virtual interviews, 1st round will include a presentation by the candidate of past work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies and multichannel approaches, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, lead nurturing, retargeting, and account-based marketing.
- Deep understanding of emerging digital trends, including AI and automation, and how they apply to marketing and digital experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing or web experience roles, preferably within global B2B organizations (B2B Marketing or B2C digital platform experience preferred over internal systems).
- Demonstrated expertise in web strategy, CMS platforms, and digital marketing best practices.
