Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (Senior Track Lead) to lead and manage enterprise Oracle database administration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle DBA, Oracle PL/SQL, and Linux, with proven experience leading technical teams, driving project execution, and ensuring high availability, performance, and security of Oracle database environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Oracle DBA, Oracle PL/SQL, and Linux administration activities.

  • Oversee database installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise technology projects.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on Oracle database administration and Linux environments.

  • Monitor database health, identify risks, and implement performance improvements.

  • Develop and maintain database standards, documentation, and operational procedures.

  • Support production issues, troubleshoot complex database problems, and ensure system availability.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and technical deliverables.

  • Stay current with Oracle database technologies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle 12c or higher.

  • Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL development.

  • Strong Linux/Unix administration experience.

  • Experience leading technical teams and enterprise database initiatives.

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
