What You Will Do
  • Serve as the on-site project leader for assigned projects, ensuring successful execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to achieve timely completion.
  • Coordinate with Systems Engineer Leaders (SELs) and Systems Team Leaders (STLs) to guide engineering and technical teams through all project phases.
  • Establish and maintain organized documentation systems for project plans, schedules, and logs.
  • Oversee procurement activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure material readiness on-site.
  • Manage project financials, including billing, cost control, and profitability analysis.
  • Coordinate system commissioning, customer training, and project closeout activities to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within the team and across projects.
How You Will Do It
  • Take ownership of project outcomes with accountability, integrity, and prioritization of safety to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
  • Focus on essential objectives by working closely with the team and removing obstacles to streamline processes and enhance customer experiences.
  • Foster a commitment to continuous improvement by encouraging candid communication, problem-solving, and innovation within the team.
  • Coordinate efforts across diverse perspectives to achieve project goals, embracing collaboration and trust to deliver superior results.
Qualifications
  • Technical Associate's Degree or equivalent field experience; additional years of industry experience are preferred for senior levels.
  • Hands-on experience in systems design, access control, and fire or video systems commissioning.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in project accounting principles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, teams, and subcontractors.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and tools for project management.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $67,900 - $93,400 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role offers a
