Chase relies on digital marketing as a key strategic channel in driving acquisition, branding, and cross-sell opportunities to millions of customers across a suite of consumer banking products.

As an Owned Channel Digital Execution Lead on the Marketing Execution team, you'll shape the business-driven marketing technology solutions that drive strategic initiatives across channel Execution. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you'll interact with colleagues in various lines of businesses to learn about challenges and opportunities and translate that insight into high-quality solutions. Your role requires deep technical business analysis skills - including expertise in everything from business process management, data management to functional design - it also hinges on project management, teamwork, and leadership. You should be experienced with campaign and timeline management, collaboration with agencies/vendors, measuring and reporting key metrics for digital campaigns, and process adherence through the established workflow. You will also act as a validation and quality assurance expert. You will conduct requirement analysis, define campaign strategy & design, and lead test execution to guarantee superior outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Functional managers, strategy owners to align team on delivery, campaign goals, and other necessary information
  • Own the delivery of release/deployment of ads/emails from start to finish
  • Manages the execution, monitoring and controlling of each projects/campaigns using Agile principles. This includes managing planned and unplanned changes, risks and issues to ensure rapid delivery and greater predictability
  • Establish strong process knowledge and subject matter expertise to be able to remove impediments and advise campaign teams with risk and issue resolution
  • Maintain Process tollgates/checkpoints and deliverables in support of Audit Compliance and perform audit compliance checks as needed in prep for external as well as internal audit requirements.
  • Partner with Strategy partners to maintain the Release Calendar
  • Creates an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts
  • Seeks opportunities for improvement to the overall effectiveness of teams and organization
  • Embraces the concept of continuous learning in your own journey and instills the same in the team(s) you manage and coach

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • 4 year college degree, in Information Systems, Business, Marketing or related-field
  • Strong familiarity and adherence to core Agile values and principles
  • Familiarity with Digital Delivery and Campaign Management
  • Track record of delivery-focused collaborative working in fast paced complex environments
  • A strong desire to learn and passion for digital marketing, research and analytics
  • Ability to interact successfully with cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships
  • Able to capture and share meaningful metrics to keep team and stakeholders informed
  • Strong aptitude to learn new tools
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize based on changing requirements.
  • Advance working knowledge of Microsoft office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Experience working in digital operations role leveraging Marketing technology to build, deploy, test, and analyze digital campaigns is a plus
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, self-motivated, energetic, "can-do" attitude in a fast-moving environment.
