Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. 
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce customization, Lightning development, integrations, and the 
ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and enhancements.
Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
Configure Salesforce features including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Processes, and Reports/Dashboards.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare technical documentation and deployment plans.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Apex Classes and Triggers
Visualforce Pages
SOQL and SOSL
Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
REST/SOAP API integrations
Salesforce Data Loader and deployment tools
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required/Preferred)
Salesforce Platform Developer II
Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce App Builder
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications such as ERP systems, marketing platforms, or payment gateways.
