Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Coding Operations & Revenue Integrity to oversee medical coding, coding audits, charge capture, and revenue integrity operations within a multispecialty healthcare organization.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 7 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
  • At least 2 years of leadership or team management experience.
  • Must hold at least one of the following certifications: CPC, CCS, RHIT, or RHIA.
  • Strong experience in physician coding, coding audits, charge capture, and revenue integrity.
  • Knowledge of commercial and government payer requirements, billing systems, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
  • Must be able to meet hybrid onsite requirements and local travel needs.
