Summary
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Oracle SCM Consultant with 8+ yrs of experience to support implementation and ongoing functional operations of Oracle Supply Chain Management applications. This position requires strong functional expertise, direct stakeholder interaction, and the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations within Oracle SCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
Key Responsibilities
Participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS modules
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with business users and document functional specifications
Configure Oracle SCM modules based on operational needs and business processes
Prepare and maintain documentation including BRD, MD050, and MD070
Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Provide functional production support and resolve day-to-day system issues
Work closely with technical teams for integrations, extensions, and custom developments
Assist in data migration, validation, and system upgrade activities

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience working with Oracle SCM solutions
Hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud and/or Oracle EBS
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes
Experience with at least one full implementation lifecycle
Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic SQL knowledge preferred
Effective communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
