As a consulting firm, we are looking for a highly talented and flexible mid-level Machine Learning Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for taking machine learning models from prototype to production, building scalable infrastructure, and ensuring the reliable deployment of ML-powered products for our clients.

You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and consultants-including on real-time and stream-processing systems-to design and deliver production-grade Machine Learning (ML) solutions. You will also collaborate with client stakeholders to build robust, maintainable, and scalable systems that operate reliably in both batch and streaming environments.

Location
This position is hybrid, with in-office reporting four days per week in Dallas, TX.

Required Skills & Experience

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows and deployments
Strong experience with version control systems (Git)
Develop APIs and services that integrate ML models into client products
Design and build scalable ML infrastructure to support training, deployment, and monitoring

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)
Familiarity with data processing tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark)
Exposure to large-scale or real-time ML systems
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
