< class="isSelectedEnd">We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer with strong AI/ML and Generative AI experience to design, develop, and deploy highly scalable enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and modern AI/GenAI frameworks.< class="isSelectedEnd">The candidate will work closely with architects, data scientists, product teams, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications, develop AI-powered services, and build production-grade solutions using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI agents.<>Key Responsibilities
- <>Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java 8/11/17/21, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- <>Develop RESTful APIs and backend services for high-volume enterprise applications.
- <>Design and implement AI-powered applications and GenAI solutions using Java and cloud-native technologies.
- <>Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and/or open-source models.
- <>Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories.
- <>Develop AI workflows involving embeddings, semantic search, prompt engineering, context management, and LLM orchestration.
- <>Work with AI frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LangGraph, Spring AI, LlamaIndex, or equivalent technologies.
- <>Develop and integrate AI Agents / Agentic AI for automation and enterprise use cases.
- <>Design APIs and microservices that expose AI/ML capabilities to enterprise applications.
- <>Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, or PostgreSQL/pgvector.
- <>Implement secure and scalable AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- <>Develop event-driven applications using Kafka or similar messaging technologies.
- <>Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- <>Work with relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- <>Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- <>Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, OpenID Connect, and enterprise IAM solutions.
- <>Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Solution Architects, and Product Managers.
- <>Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
- <>Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, estimation, and production support.
- <>Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, governance, privacy, observability, and responsible AI.
- <>12+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
- <>Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8/11/17/21.
- <>Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Security.
- <>Extensive experience with Microservices Architecture.
- <>Strong REST API and API integration experience.
- <>Experience with Design Patterns, SOLID principles, Multithreading, Collections, Exception Handling, and JVM concepts.
- <>Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM applications.
- <>Experience working with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / Gemini / Claude or equivalent LLM APIs.
- <>Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering.
- <>Hands-on experience building RAG applications.
- <>Experience with Embeddings, Vector Search, Semantic Search, and Knowledge Retrieval.
- <>Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, or pgvector.
- <>Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Spring AI, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks.
- <>Understanding of AI Agents / Agentic AI / Tool Calling / Function Calling.
- <>Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise Java applications and APIs.
- <>Understanding of LLM evaluation, hallucination mitigation, context windows, token management, and AI security.
- <>Exposure to Fine-tuning, RAG optimization, model selection, and AI application observability is preferred.
