Summary
Provide executive and administrative support to the Director / Vice President by managing calendars, meetings, communications, travel, reports, and confidential information. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders while supporting executive priorities and special projects.
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, presentations, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other executive documents.
- Coordinate business travel, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Manage executive communications and follow up on action items and deadlines.
- Maintain confidential company and executive information.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Assist with special projects, research, and management initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the Director / Vice President.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Good experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and executive correspondence.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
